Shipping
Jeeves & Jericho terms- Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Orders after 1pm are processed the next working day.
- FREE standard UK delivery on orders over £25. Orders under £25 are £3.95.
- Standard delivery is sent via DPD, fully tracked, with the option to choose a safe place.
- Saturday delivery is available for £7.50. Order before 12pm on Friday.
Returns
Jeeves & Jericho terms- Items can be returned within 14 days of the order date.
- To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, let Jeeves & Jericho know as soon as possible. They will send a replacement and refund any return postage where applicable.
- To return, repack the items in their original packaging with a note giving your name, order number and reason for return.
- Send your parcel to: Jeeves & Jericho Ltd, 11a-11b Windrush Ind. Park, Linkwood Road, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX29 7HA. A tracked service is recommended.
- Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will go back to your original payment method.

Individual shipping rates apply per artisan to ensure they can use their preferred specialist couriers.
