A deliciously dense, moist rich cake pairing our Salted Caramel Vegan cake with the base of our Peanut Butter and Jam cakes together to create one of our all time favourites.

Ingredients:
Gluten free flour (buckwheat, tapioca, potato starch, maize, rice), raising agent (baking powder), xylitol (from birch),  peanut butter (peanuts), apple sauce (apples, water, potassium phosphate),  vanilla extract, banana flavouring, chocolate drops (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier;-sunflower lecithin. chocolate is minimum 53% cocoa solids.)

These cakes are 'no added' sugar due to the use of apple sauce, therefore there will be some naturally occurring fruit sugars.

Allergy Advice:
Despite every effort being made to prevent cross contamination, due to the artisanal nature of our business, it means we can not guarantee our 'free from' claims. Traces of gluten and dairy may be present. We do however use equipment that only gets used for free from baking in a kitchen which is free from dairy and gluten. 

 

All of our delicious sugar, gluten and dairy free cakes contain all natural birch tree extract (xylitol). Due to this, they are for human consumption only and not suitable for babies under 1 year old.

Quite liked the heavy consistency but very very sweet and the aftertaste of the sweetener was not pleasant. Delivery was quick but the parcel was left outside without any notification that a delivery had been made.
