The Soup collection contains the following 3 products

Thai Coconut Soup Mix (GF/V)
Ingredients:
Dairy Free Coconut Milk Powder (38%) (Coconut milk, maltodextrin from identity preserved non-GMO corn (8%) and 2% modified food starch from identity preserved non-GMO corn), Dried Rice, Chicken Flavoured Vegan Stock Mix, (vegetable stock (water, onion, carrot juice, tomato, herb extract), glucose syrup, flavourings, yeast extracts, salt, maltodextrin, sugar, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil.) Peanut-Free Satay flavour Mix (5%) (demerara sugar, dried glucose syrup, yeast extract, salt, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, chilli powder, flavouring, turmeric, ginger), Dried Red Peppers, Cornflour, Dried Mushrooms, Dried Onion, Dried Leeks, Ginger Powder, Soft Brown Sugar, Dried Garlic, Dried Basil, Smoked Paprika.
Method:
Add packet contents, including the stock sachet, to 650ml of cold water in a pan. Optional - add handful of frozen peas. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes, or until the rice is cooked. Top up water to original level during cooking if required. Stir regularly.

Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
Ingredients:
Dried Vermicelli (72%) (durum WHEAT semolina, water), Dried Carrot, Dried Courgette, Chicken Stock (9%) (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Dried Onions, Flavouring, Dried Garlic, Pepper, Dried Bay Leaf.
Method:
Add packet contents, including the stock sachet, to a pan with 900ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for approx. 20 mins or until the vegetables are soft. Add an extra 75ml of water to make a thinner soup if required. Remove bay leaf before serving. Season to taste.

Spiced Carrot and Lentil Soup Mix (GF/V)

Ingredients:
Dried Red Lentils (78%), Dried Carrots (10%), Vegetable Bouillon (salt, modified maize starch, rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato powder, natural flavouring, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), spinach powder, onion powder, spice extract, nutmeg, acidity regulator (citric acid), Tomato Powder, Mild Curry Powder (coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, cardamon, chilli powder, black pepper, fennel), Dried Onion, Garlic Granules and Chilli Powder.
Method:
Add the packet contents to a pan with 750ml of cold water, bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer. Cook for approx. 40-45 minutes until the lentils are soft, stirring occasionally. Blend the soup and serve with an optional swirl of cream. Season to taste.
