Reaper Chilli Sauce

A surprisingly fruity and sweet-savoury chilli sauce, packed with fiery flavours from the Caroline Reaper chilli pepper, the hottest chilli pepper in the world. This sauce is extremely hot and great when eaten in small quantities. Simply add extra heat and flavour to curries, stews, use as a marinade and condiment, spice up dips, pasta dishes, and pizza. Simply add to soy sauce for sushi and drizzling over hot wings or salads.
