Smoky, savoury and deeply rounded, Over the Top is our signature medium hot sauce—made for generous pouring rather than cautious dabbing.

Sweet red peppers, onion and garlic create a rich, savoury base. Mulato chilli brings earthy depth and gentle natural sweetness, while fermented habanero chilli delivers a warm, gradually building heat. Smoked paprika and cumin complete the sauce with its distinctive barbecue character.
