Shipping
Hott. terms- Orders are dispatched on Fridays and Mondays. Orders placed after 12pm (UK time) on a shipping day go out on the next shipping day.
- All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, taking 2-3 working days from dispatch (not from the day you order). Delivery may take a little longer during peak periods or Royal Mail delays.
- You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Returns
Hott. terms- As hot sauce is a food item, opened or used bottles can't be returned. Sale or discounted items can't be returned unless damaged.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email Hott@Hottsauces.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and you'll be sent a replacement or a refund for the item.
- If a return is approved, return postage is your responsibility. Items must be securely packaged and in the condition they were received - refunds may be refused for items that arrive back damaged or used.
