A mix for gluten-free oat-based slices containing gluten-free oats, and white and dark chocolate chips
Ingredients:
100% Gluten-Free OAT Flakes (50%), Soft Light Brown Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (10%) (sugar, palm oil (rspo), fat reduced cocoa powder, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), stabiliser (sobitan tristerate)), White Chocolate Chips (10%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, whey powder (MILK), non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin)).

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 160˚c/140˚ fan/Gas 3.
Melt 125g butter in a pan on a low heat, turn off heat and add the packet contents and 2 tbsp syrup.
Mix well. Press into a 22cm square lined tray with the back of a spoon and bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges start to crisp (it will still be soft).
Leave to cool but slice whist still warm. As it cools it will harden.
