A gluten-free, coffee flavoured brownie traybake mix, with dark chocolate chips

Ingredients:
Gluten Free Flour (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), Soft Light Brown Sugar, Granulated White Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (23%) (sugar, palm oil (RSPO), fat-reduced cocoa powder, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), stabiliser (sorbitan tristearate), Cocoa Powder (cocoa powder, potassium carbonates, potassium hydroxide), Flavouring (2%)

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.

Method:
Preheat oven to 180˚C/160˚C fan
Mix 3 large eggs, 1tsp vanilla essence and 150ml of rapeseed or vegetable oil together.
Add packet contents to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Spread evenly in a greaseproof lined baking tray, approx. 22cm square. Bake for 20-25 mins.
Check its cooked by ensuring a knife comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting in to slices.
