A mix for a gluten-free brownie chocolate cake with orange flavoured milk chocolate pieces.

Ingredients:
Gluten-Free Plain Flour (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour),  Soft Light Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Milk Chocolate flavoured with Orange Oil  (cocoa solids 25% minimum) (11%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, whey (MILK) powder, vegetable fat (palm and shea),  MILK fat, emulsifiers (SOYA lecithin, E476), orange oil, flavouring),  Dark Chocolate Chips (11%) (sugar, palm oil (RSPO), fat reduced cocoa powder, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), stabiliser (sobitan tristerate)

Made in an environment where other allergens are present.

Method:
Preheat oven to 180˚C/160˚C fan
Mix 3 large eggs, 1tsp vanilla essence and 150ml of rapeseed or vegetable oil together.
Add packet contents to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Spread evenly in a greaseproof lined baking tray, approx. 22cm square. Bake for 20-25 mins.
Check its cooked by ensuring a knife comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting in to slices.
