You'd never guess this cake was sugar gluten and dairy free! 

Stacked full of cherries, speckled with pistachios  and deliciously moist and spongey; our Cherry and Pistachio is one of the cornerstones of our business. this recipe was one of the very first Michael cake up with and it has undergone dozens of refinements over the years. 

we know you wont be disappointed by this deliciously moreish morsel.

Ingredients: 
Gluten free flour (buckwheat, tapioca, potato starch, maize, rice flour) , olive oil, rapeseed oil(option to be seed oil free. Coconut oil will be used instead), vanilla extract, egg, xylitol (from birch), ground almonds, ground pistachios, pistachio flavouring, almond extract, cherries, apple sauce (apple, water, potassium phosphate)

Occasionally due to suppliers, our cake may contain sulphites. In this instance it will be made obvious on the packaging, and if this is a problem please contact us and we will guarantee your satisfaction either through replacements or a refund.


Allergy Advice:
Despite every effort being made to prevent cross contamination, due to the artisanal nature of our business, it means we can not guarantee our 'free from' claims. Traces of gluten and dairy may be present. We do however use equipment that only gets used for free from baking.

 

All of our delicious sugar, gluten and dairy free cakes contain all natural birch tree extract (xylitol). Due to this, they are for human consumption only and not suitable for babies under 1 year old.
