Brew Italia terms- Delivery options (UK)
- • Standard – Royal Mail 48hr tracked: £3.95, or free on orders of £40 and over
- • Express – Royal Mail 24hr tracked: £5.95
- • Free express delivery via DPD on orders over £100
- Dispatch times
- • Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day; orders after 1pm go out the next working day
- • Weekend and bank holiday orders are dispatched the next working day
- Failed deliveries
- • The carrier will attempt delivery twice and leave a collection card
- • If delivery still fails, the parcel is returned to Brew Italia and you pay any charge for resending it
- Order changes
- • Orders can't be changed once they've been processed

Brew Italia terms- 30-day returns
- • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange
- • Please state whether you want a refund or an exchange in the notes
- • All returns must be requested first – items sent back without a request won't be processed, and you'll pay shipping to have them returned
- Unwanted items
- • Products and retail packaging must be unused and in perfect, saleable condition, with no tape or labels applied to the packaging
- • Refunds may be reduced to reflect any loss in value caused by handling
- • You pay return postage – proof of postage and insurance are recommended
- • Coffee (a foodstuff) and gift cards cannot be returned
- • Partial refunds incur a £3.95 charge if they take the order below the £40 free-delivery threshold (not charged on exchanges)
- • Exchange orders over £20 are reshipped free
- • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected, aiming for 5 working days – if not received within 10 days, email hello@brewitalia.com
- Damaged or wrong items
- • Damaged or broken items are replaced free of charge – photos of the damage may be requested
- • Replacements are dispatched within 3 working days of the request
- • For wrong items, a free returns label is provided to send the item back
