Returns
Ribera Handmade Ceramics terms- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for both faulty and non-faulty items.
- Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns are free via Royal Mail using a printable return label, with no restocking fee.
- To start a return, email customer@shopartisanboxhits.com with your order number and you'll be sent the return label and instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 3 working days of your return being received.
