The range draws on producers across Greece, including raw cotton honey from Xanthi and Larissa, Cretan Nectar balsamic vinegar with grape molasses, and extra virgin olive oils from Crete and from the Koulouris family estate in Corfu, where the family has been producing oil since 1903. There are traditional Cretan herbal teas, and handmade treats from Corfu such as fig pie and sesame snack bars with pure honey. Many of the products are vegan and made without preservatives, additives or colourings.
